Getting Started

First steps involve learning basic requirements by listening, and completing a rough design on paper before involving the architect. This saves you time and money and helps complete working designs quickly.

Some people know exactly what they want, others have general ideas. Jerry Benson works with both kinds of people to draw out their personal concepts. From a list of needed bedrooms and bathrooms, to crafting a kitchen that’s the heart of the home, or a grand room to entertain family and guests, or just quiet hideaways for relaxation, these first steps set the stage for your future home.

Once the architectural design is completed, Jerry completes all necessary permitting, preparation, and purchasing to get work underway. He manages a hand-picked team of experts for every phase and construction discipline. You are welcomed into the process all along the way to ensure your complete satisfaction.
