We looked at several different builders, but we went with Jerry mainly because of his attention to detail, his subcontractors, and because he’s easy to work with. He’s very customer focused, and very focused on quality.
There are other good builders, but there are also some who do what they want to do – they don’t involve the homeowners, and don’t give homeowners the decisions they need to make.
I know a couple he’s working with who are into Feng Shui. Jerry hadn’t run into that ancient Chinese practice, which arranges space to achieve harmony with the environment. He contacted a consultant familiar with the metaphysical art and was able to adapt design and placement to the homeowners’ philosophical needs.
