We showed our rough design to a couple of the builders and said this is what we wanted, but they said, “No, you can’t do that.” Jerry said, “We can figure it out.” And he would. He totally adapted to what we wanted.
If there was a bump in the road with some kind of problem, he fixed it -- even after his one-year warranty expired. We called him once because we had a couple of minor problems and just asked him to recommend someone to fix them, but he came over personally and took care of it. He’s the type of person who feels responsible if something doesn’t hold up to what he wants or expects, and will do something to make it right.
Jerry takes great pride in his work, even in the midst of construction. The job site was nice and clean, even the sub-floors were swept. There’s no hidden stuff in his walls.
It was a very pleasurable experience working with Jerry.
